Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Payment Options

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges, just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom and personalized orders
I am happy to create something custom for you, just feel free to contact me & we can get flowing with ideas, stones, designs, etc.

Sizing details
For rings, please provide your ring size when ordering so I can be sure to make it just right, you can also tell me things like "just a tiny bit bigger then a 7" or "just a little smaller then size 8" & I will do my best to accommodate!

Care instructions
For wire wrapped pieces, please avoid getting it into water or large amounts of steam or humidity, it may begin to oxidize over time.
Most Macrame pieces are very durable & able to be submerged in water & will not lose their color or sturdiness.
